However I would wish to merely point out that firstly, I believe the EU needs a constitution of some form for the 21st century. As you have rightly pointed out there is increasind demand for ever dwindling resources. Therefore as a citizen of Europe I support the EU's attempts to establish and maintain supplies of resources into the future.
